Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Dye only sells and ships Delta-9 products to those states where the sale is legally allowed.

Tracking Your Order

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries: Unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays may occur. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Dye is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
